Redvictor highlights a number. However we don't make our own luck Vis a Vis it invites the opposition to attack and the we concede in or around the penalty area which often Res in a goal. Either from a set piece or poor defending. If we as a team do not defend so deep ,hanging on for what we have at times, we can't concede penalties outside the box!

Traore getting booked for being tripped at Arsenal, Penalty against Burnley with the doc, Kilman "handball", Penalty and handball against the shit. There's lots more but that is off the top of my head.
Traore wasn't a penalty or a booking VAR can't reverse the yellow card
Doc I didn't think was, but can't be overturned as it was opinion
Kilman was a penalty as the law was being wankily interpreted at the time
Boly penalty, ignoring the silhouette nonsense, the angle I saw Robinson's knee was covering his foot, so although I think it was outside you can't overturn it, but if there are conclusive angles that show differently then fair enough
Gibss, every pundit has said it wasn't handball even if I think it was. It would have been given if they were interpreting it the same now as they were for Kilman's. Which in itself is bollocks but not an anti Wolves thing

Also palace red card could have been just passed off as a yellow.
They’re just not very good I just don’t think there’s a group of them sat round saying let’s screw over these teams this year.
Simply not worth it considering what would happen if it was found out.
Honestly i'd love to think they had integrity, but they don't. Referees for years have been making shit decisions for certain teams. Watch the Arsenal v Man Utd game when Arsenal lost their unbeaten record. That tells you about refs.

So European officials are all in on this conspiracy as well?
No worries. Let's pat all those lovely referee's on the back. They do a marvellous job, particularly when they officiate our games. We should all write a lovely letter to them commending the job they do.
Unfortunately, the above is total bollocks...

Which.is.not.what.I.said

Leicester showing how you close a 2-0 lead out. Weren't we equally as good as them last season?

Yeah he hasn't said that:
I don't buy any of the paranoid conspiracy theories. Refs just make shit decisions, the thing that irks is VAR was supposed to fix that, but it's the same refs so they still make shit decisions. Let's not go all tin foil hat

It's not a conspiracy, refs are just human. They make decisions based on what they see and usually do not have the benefit of looking at it again.

However poor they are, they are still better than any of us.

Bias in favour of big teams may be real, but likely not conscious. There is extra pressure not to make a bad decision against the big 6, so an important decision ends up being more likely to go their way.

Until we have robots reffing games, there will always be wrong calls.

We have VAR remember. And they absolutely do have the benefit of looking at it again, in fact 3 of them looking. If VAR looked at that basketball catch in the box without a blindfold on against the shit then my Aunt Fanny is Howard Hughes in drag....

yes, but apparently VAR can look at an identical situation and reverse the decision for someone else.

Its not 'VAR' that's looking at the decision though, it's a PL ref. They are rubbish in the whole on the field, they will all see different things. Its no surprise there are inconsistencies with VAR

That's why I said "usually". And again, I think there is a totally subconscious desire for one ref to agree with another - it validates them and their profession.

Humans can be weird creatures.

Lampard - "A month ago we were flying"

Record in December - Played 6, 2 wins, 1 draw, 3 defeats. Flying

Which is why the powers that be's statement that VAR will take all the inconsistency away is utter horseshit.

What’s the fine for Dean Smith calling Jon Moss a fucking prick after being shown the red card?
