Think the bigger issue for United is the complete lack of anything in midfield, I don't know what any of those players are supposed to be any good at but there the only players he has available tonight.

Yeah he's got this wrong. These players aren't good enough to do what he's asking them to do. It is a back four with Bailly at RB but then Young is dropping in and Bailly moving inside when PSG have the ball and allow Utd to recover. This could be 4 or 5 if PSG are clinical.
