What is up with Liverpool. They have just not played with any kind of cohesion. Basle could and possibly should be 2 or 3 goals up.
Their first two were decent as well, a good run through the middle from Ramsey lead to the first, rolling it out to Podolski who rocketed one in the top near corner then Oxlaide-Chamberlain did similar legwork to lay one on for Ramsey in a similar position but he rolled his across into the far corner.

Podolski needs to pay more often. Love watching arsenal like this, it's how football should be, much better than that shite on itv
Wenger doesn't fancy him as a lone striker, they rarely set up with two out and out strikers (since Giroud came back he's put Alexis and Welbeck wide in the same shape as they always play) and playing on the left he offers nothing defensively and nor does he create, he's just a hard shot and nothing else. But none of this is news which makes you wonder why he ever bought him in the first place.
Good to see Gundogan playing again, makes things look so effortless.
Dortmund looking a bit more like their old selves at times when they raise the tempo but spend a bit too much time dawdling around in midfield still, really missing the cutting edge of Lewandowski and Reus though, Mkhitaryan couldn't score in a brothel bless him and Immobile just looks bereft of confidence.
