I think I agree.

Obviously no intent behind it and in any other circumstance it's probably not given as handball but then it was a properly wank header to begin with so you could argue he didn't deserve the goal anyway.

It should count. I know it's a pretty shit goal to concede but Neymar does nothing wrong apart from a shit attempt at a header. He doesn't handball it intentionally and his arm wasn't in a unnatural position hence it should be a goal.

Does make for a better last 15 minutes now though.
