Boateng showing himself up as a lummox again. Unforgivably shit standard for a club of that standing.

Neymar 3-0..nail in the coffin...offside?

Nah, onside. Shite play by Rafinha, awful cross and everyone caught upfield.

Fair play to Barce, they were awesome tonight

Aah ok, didnt see a good replay Dan..Bayern had a good period in the second half..robben is not in top form..he needs to be..

Fucking Barcelona...

One of my fav players right now is mascherano..he keep things together nicely

I love Enrique's Barca, so much more positive and forceful than they were under Guardiola, Rakitic helps them get the ball through midfield so much quicker than they used to and then it's on to that ridiculous front 3. They could've easily been 3-0 up well before they opened the scoring if they'd been playing against pretty much any other keeper, those saves from Suarez and Alves then the interception from Neymar kept Bayern level for longer than they really deserved to.

Great game to watch.

I say it a lot but Roma really should not have fired him.

Rakitic is unreal, does a lot of the physical stuff too for a spindly guy.

Pep's absurd back three to start tonight and the continual persistence with Lahm in midfield when that means Rafinha at RB being an absolute liability, playing Boateng in big games when he continually fucks up, no idea how to use Götze and not much more of a clue with Lewandowski, he makes too many odd calls. His Bayern aren't as good as the one he inherited despite tons more on the wage bill.

I really don't understand why Lewandowski went there to be honest, you'd think he would've been able to walk into any top club in Europe last summer given he was costing nothing up front yet he chose a team where the only contribution they really need from a forward is to offer a finishing touch in the box. He's got so much more to his game than that but because of the way Bayern play trying to dominate the midfield and strangle the life out of other teams with insane levels of possession it all just goes to waste, he just spends half the game strolling around the width of the box waiting for someone to get it further forward and give him chance to make a run. At least when Robben and Ribery playing he's got the chance of plenty of balls coming in from wide areas that he can attack but on nights like tonight he's left with very little to contribute.

I'm always happy to see someone get one over on Pep though, I dislike his brand of football passionately, they could be on for another hiding in the second leg to be fair as they'll have to set out to attack Barca and that's going to leave plenty of gaps to be exploited.

Not the first time Pep has seen his side dismantled in the KO rounds

Handbags at Chesterfield. Dan Jones in the thick of it the big ponce.

Things in danger of getting out of hand to be fair, few little spats kicked off between different players in a short space of time, someone could end up walking before the end of the game.
