Disgusting and worthy of a ban but 6 games is ridiculous when a player only gets 4 games (which would have been 3 if he hadn't got previous) for trying to shatter an opponents cheekbone.

Spitting at an opponent used to carry a three game ban, but this was doubled last summer. While I agree there are many more dangerous things that occur, like yourself, and most others, I find it to be a disgusting thing to do.

Watching the Youth Cup semi-final between Spurs and Chelsea, Izzy Brown looks a great prospect but when is he ever going to get near Chelsea's first team? Whereas looking at this he'd probably be getting very close to Albion's matchday squads at the very least as it stands, had he stayed there.

Obviously Bamford has done very well in his loan spells but again would he have been better served sticking it out at Forest and having a proper permanent base? Would probably be close to 100 games for them by now. All that will happen next season with him is he'll go on loan again, to Boro again if they go up or some other low end PL team if they don't I'd imagine. I don't think endlessly going out on loan is going to end well with many players, they're bound to have a duff spell somewhere for whatever reason and it could screw the development right up - eg Chalobah.

How Fulham have kept that out i have no idea. still 0-0.

Like I said on the run in thread, you cannot be expecting favours from a team that played us 10 days ago and made zero tackles.

Straight forward for Bournemouth so far. I can only presume that Fulham can only get better.

Galaxy up 2-0 over a completely hapless Chicago side. Easily one of the worst performances I have ever seen. They've been that bad (Chicago, that is).

I thought they were on strike?

standing up while a player slides into you is clearly dangerous play. As Lawrenson says, we might as well ban tackling.

Thats as bad if not worse as the Sako one today. Ludicrous decision.

What a lovely finish. Villa fans clearly think beating the shit is like winning in Andorra #allonthepitch

See even the Villa has the "any excuse to run on the pitch" fans out in force.

At first blush I thought Yacob clearly stamped on Bacuna, but the second camera angle clearly shows there's no contact at all.

Cue the Sherwood love in from Pearce. Tw@!

3 points out of nine is hardly a new manager bounce.

Now Villa down to ten as Grealish gets a second yellow for a dive. Pearce going mental. Seeing the replay that was absolutely fucking bang on.
