So Cambridge's costs will be covered for a whole year by playing 1 game at Man Utd. Good on 'em.
United are an absolute mess at the moment.
They've have had an absolute mare on the transfer front in the past 18 months. They've somehow managed to smash the best part of £200m and done nothing but further unbalance the squad. £60m on two central midfielders who don't seem to get in their side despite their central midfield being rancid for years compared to Europe's elite. £37m on Mata who fills the space Rooney wants to operate in. God knows what on Falcao who offers nothing more than RVP.
LVG is the most stubborn prick I've ever seen managing a top team. How long does he want to go on with this abhorrent formation and quite ridiculous positioning of players? Di Maria up top? Fuck off. And he then has the audacity to complain at the lack of pace up top? You signed Falcao you cock who's never been the quickest and comes in off the back of a horror injury and quelle surprise, he looks nothing like the threat of old. So now you've moved your best forward into midfield to accommodate him or the equally regressed RVP and replaced him with the world's best central attacking midfielder from last season - who again, looks lost because he's never played up top before in his life.
I cannot comprehend his inability to see his squads complete and utter lack of ability to perform in this formation. No, they're not going to compete with Chelsea this season, but just play your best players in their best positions and then if you have to fill in a position elsewhere, you can deal with it. As it is, you've got at least four players regularly playing in an alien position.
You don't not play Carrick man.
Van Galls excuses for not winning..."the ref was against us, the pitch was against us" etc. Classy man, just classy
