Hazard has an appalling penalty saved 1-1

Forest get a consolation goal. Cue Chelsea Dagger... :icon_lol:

So depressingly tinpot.

niall quinn and jamie redknapp really laying into the city players. And with every justification from what I just watched.

Rightly so. No discipline and poor attitudes throughout. Pellegrini is not a top level manager to add on to that. Same setup, same subs, same approach every single game.

Will bayern field a B team now at the etihad now they are through? City may not win anyway..Lamps may be back then..they need to win away to Roma after that, not easy. They dont look like a team to me, like chelsea do

I'm more bothered that City are messing up England's coefficient by stinking the place out every year.

Pellegrini could get the sack for next year if they dont go through to the knockout stages..which managers are free or capable of taking over you think Dan?

I wonder if this is the end looming for Klopp at Dortmund with their dismal domestic form....would love to see him in England. City can attract anyone they like theoretically so long as they're not looking to poach from a very select number of clubs - Real/Barca/Man Utd/Bayern/PSG. That's basically all that's off limits. I'm sure if they wanted Simeone enough and he wanted to come, they could get him - I doubt he would right now though as he doesn't speak any English.

Aye Klopp is a very good shout i agree..would love to see what he could do in england too..

It would be quite sad seeing Klopp at the soulless bowl that is the Etihad.

Spurs team selection for tonights game.
Vorm. Dier, Vertonghen, Fazio, Davies. Dembele, Stambouli. Townsend, Eriksen, Lamela. Kane.

Danny Rose playing instead of Ben Davies in the Prem team is one of life's enduring mysteries. Would you like one of the worst left backs ever seen in top level football or a decent one?

I know next to nothing about Stambouli but that's a pretty strong looking lineup from Spurs.

Strange stuff. Capoue looked class for Toulouse.

It's not that bad.

Generous penalty for Spurs. First impressions are that was a hard but fair tackle.
