Whilst we’ve generally been better since Christmas I watch teams like Leeds giving their all and the comparison with our efforts earlier in the season couldn’t be starker.

We are now just a had PL team, as opposed to a historically bad one which we were for the first half of the season. I still think West Ham will go down, but objectively how many of our players are you putting in their best 11? We are miles behind anyone but Burnley

A lot of teams have bad/average players, but then they have good ones or difference makers. We have more bad players than most and zero difference makers.
On an individual level the Brazilians are better than their CMs but then we've been bottom all season so what does that say?
Beyond that I can't make much of a case. Karl Darlow is only in nets because the keeper they signed as #1 is wank, but he's still better than José fucking Sa. Karl Darlow is better than our keeper. Think about it.
Fortunately didn't see West Ham but what I would say is that neither of them are actual leaders. They're good players but they need someone else to take the initiative like an Ince or a Henry or a Saiss (forget the likes of Neves/Moutinho) would and then they'll follow.

The WH XI on Friday was decent. At Molineux I wouldn’t have taken one of them, they were as bad as we’ve been at any time, well until the second half on Friday. I’d definitely take Walker Peters just to wind Deutch up.
He's definitely better than any of our RBs. He isn't very good but our lot are pure shite. Just it being painted as an obvious no brainer (when West Ham are paying him a fortune to be not very good, and not start very often) and he obviously isn't anything special was silly. I'm pretty sure there are better right backs in the entire world than Jackson Tchatchoua, Matt Doherty, Ki-Jana Hoever and Kyle Walker-Peters that would want to play for a Premier League club.
