Will have a think as to whether there needs to be some supplementary rule to avoid this

Right - going to start a new game though there will be a new rule

If all players fall at the same time then a draw will take you through - you lose and you are still out

This rule will only apply when no one has picked a winning team - if any one has then a draw gets you nothing

Hopefully this is understandable (& means that someone will actually win this this season - though if every one predicts a losing team team them we are still buggered)
