General Wolves News

Impressive form = is running towards the other goal a bit more.

Our levels have reduced so much we are meant to celebrate a player that is now able to perform a basic task, whilst ignoring the other basic tasks he still can't do.

When the touch goes astray and the cross flies away, that's Tchatchouaaaaa

When he loses his feet every time he competes, that's Tchatchouaaaaa

When you look around and he's flat on the ground thaaaat's Tchatchouaaaaa

In next week's episode, we discuss the Unicorns recently found in West Park
They’re likeable guys. But after the embarrassment they made of themselves patronising people about Munetsi, for being too dim to see how excellent he was, the only appropriate response was to sneak off and never broadcast again. Not to repeat the trick.

I sadly recall that many, many years ago, and at various times, Mark Buckland, Billy Kellock, the Chapman brothers, Ray Hankin, Eggert Jonsson and Blobby Taylor were hailed by Wolves as potential stars for us.
After just one half of football, we all saw through that crap. The same applies to Tchatchoua and the fact that our players avoid passing to him speaks volumes.
Grrrrrrr.

You're supposed to be the positive one on here FFS

John Textor's football company into admin.

Fosun are shit and have a lot to answer for, but we were better off sticking with them than going with him. He's a moron.
It’s one of the great tragedies of modern football innit. Your owners can be a set of totally ignorant asshats and yet still be better than a huge swath of the chancers out there.

Not really a modern thing, look at who we had in the 80s (taking over from a gin and soda chinless wonder)

Does anybody know when the Tottenham tickets go to general sale ? I Can’t find it listed on the official site.

They don't, the cynic in me thinks that they don't want to advertise it to those who've bought memberships. One day it'll stop you from buying one, the next it'll accept your number, normally about 10 days beforehand. I went to Leeds earlier this season that wasn't ever advertised as available for GS

When you read the actual accounts you see that all the pain and bad blood created due to the ST and general admission increases produced zero addition to overall revenue yoy due to the difference in where we played our cup games.

Also our % of wage spend to revenue continues to increase showing we were paying worse players more money. Go Jeff

The wages beggars belief, given the whole point of moving on some players were because of their salaries. That our team last year were also on inflates salaries...

Are the wages partly because we were paying off O'Neil & Pereira?

O'Neil yes, not Pereira, he'll be in the set ending June 26. If you look at the yoy comparisons, we are pay a manager off in YE 21,23&24 too though. All assuming they account for them as wages rather than one off charges and that it's a lump sum rather than just staying on the payroll. Sniffer will know better than me

The wages in football writ large beggar belief tbh
