General Wolves News

Also worth pointing out that his league record on loan is 76 appearances and 25 goals - 0.33 goals per game. In this most recent La Liga spell with Las Palmas he achieved 10 goals in 24 league appearances, a scoring rate of 0.42 goals per game.

The initial claim of 40-50 goals in 120 appearances is a rate of 0.33-0.42 goals per game, so there's an argument to say that my initial statement was unerringly accurate, and worthy of celebration and the respect of students of the game, globally.
“I’m the best evaluator of talent here, folks. They say… you know they say, ‘Del, how did you get so good at talent evaluation? We’ve never seen anyone as good as you.’ And I tell them, of course you haven’t, I’ve got a shortlist the likes of which nobody else could do… it’s an incredible shortlist, the best shortlist in history, that’s what everyone is saying…”

I think we are currently (after 24 games) 1 point behind the shit Southampton side of last season and identical to Derby 2007 on 8 (W1 D5 L18) though with a better GD of -30 to their -39

Charlie attended 1,986 consecutive games since 1985 (barring Covid) and was a thoroughly nice fella. RIP 😥

That's sad, I used to know Charlie from the speedway back in the late 70s, early 80s, though I hadn't seen him for years. I remember him, as you say, as being a really nice bloke, and always up for laugh.

Why is this?

Almost a 2 week gap, 1 game, then almost a 4 week gap

Plus the Arsenal game got shifted back a month as they're in the Rumbelows Cup final
