General Wolves News

Jackson hopes the fans hearing Shi talk will help rebuild the relationship with the fans. There’s no cure for stupid!

Shi doesn’t feel the relationship with the fans is that bad. Quite incredible.

I don’t think slagging the council off for not helping with a plan for the Steve bull stand, and sounding like Fosun want the council too cough up some/all the money will go down too well either

First 60 seconds he said has to ensure we aren't in any financial trouble like Sheffield Wednesday. I said suck my dick twat and turned it off.
Classic low level accountant approach.
Hello Jeff.
Two medium level accountancy questions:
1. How effective have your contracted player and coach purchases and hirings been in the last two financial years? Has their been growth or losses?
2. Have you calculated the projected losses for season 2026-27 and potentially 2027-28? Do you know what EBITDA means?

Finally, will you be doing a midnight flit back to China, never to be seen again, when it all goes to hell in a handcart next season?

“We have the best elite people we’ve had in my 10 years here”. 😂😂
Nuno, his support team and players were a dream then?
By comparison we have a new goalkeeping coach whose highest consistent playing level was Stafford Rangers and an Academy coach from EFFIN Aberystwyth!!! That's going to work well isn't it, Mr. Mainwaring?

Wants to turn the ground into a themepark. Well he’s already the ringleader of a pretty circus.

Shame the theme isn’t a decent football team.

My take on it is, they’re here for the long term, they bottled it when we could have pushed on under Nuno, it’s never Jeffs fault, and they don’t care, which we all knew anyway.

Maybe our two amazing Directors - self serving construction industry giants John Bowater (failed Tarmac Director) and John Gough the refurbisher might one day have something, shall we say, constructive to say and do? Complete and utter place men wasters as Directors.

I initially thought wow... takes some bottle for Jeff to do this interview then I heard 5 minutes of it & wanted to rip the radio out of my car. What a fucking twat!

In respects to the Steve Bull Stand. Next season would be the perfect time to crack on with it due to the dropped attendances but Jeff is so Delusional that he'd expect a sell out against Hull on a Tuesday night so Fosun wont okay it!

That was his patsy, Matt Jackson.
Matt Jackson's wonderful club leadership and management profile: (Source: Transfer Markt.com)

1. July 2015 to 30 June 2020 with Wigan Athletic. 'Staff of the office'

During the seasons between 2015 and 2020, Wigan Athletic played in both the EFL League One (third tier) and the EFL Championship (second tier). Their league participation varied by season due to promotions and relegations.
Here is a breakdown of the leagues Wigan Athletic competed in during those five seasons:
  • 2015-2016 Season: Wigan Athletic played in League One, winning the title and securing promotion to the Championship.
  • 2016-2017 Season: The club competed in the EFL Championship, but finished 23rd and were relegated back to League One.
  • 2017-2018 Season: Wigan Athletic were back in League One, where they again won the league title and achieved promotion.
  • 2018-2019 Season: They played in the EFL Championship, finishing in 18th place.
  • 2019-2020 Season: The team remained in the EFL Championship. Despite finishing 13th in the table, a 12-point deduction due to entering administration meant they were relegated to League One at the end of the season.
2. After a gap of nearly a year wonderful Jeff Shi signs him up for the following:

* 1 May 2021- 30 June 2023 Strategic Advisor for Wolves.

* 1 July 2023 - 1 February 2024. Promoted to Grasshoppers President!!! Well that went well, didn't it?

* 7 February 2024 - 24 November 2025. Wolves Director of Development.

* 25th November 2025 - Present. Wolves Technical Director.

With a background like that, no wonder we are where we are!

Expanding the stadium talk now is no different to the link to Textor the last time it came on top for the rat bastard. Quick deflect something!

It's as boring as it is predictable.

What a surprise. Just like Elon Musk etc. Milk the government, taxpayers and council and then bitch about them when you don't get the dosh invested for your businesses and your very deep pockets.

I felt he was having a dig at the council, others on here may have different views on what he said

Look at the profile I dug out and posted. Matt Jackson is a complete no mark who clearly knows only how to work Jeff Shi. Another giant of the game employed and promoted by Wolves.

Again was waxing lyrical about fans in China knowing who we are and don't have to be in the PL to keep their interest (oh goody) whilst sounding dismissive of the real fans who should be happy that we have been in the PL for a few years as we weren't before Fosun came along.

Doesn’t like us criticising him, its not fair and whenever we are compared to Sheffield Wednesday he takes it as a personal insult
He's also on the record as stating that we were unknown in the world before Fosun arrived!

Talk about... thick as a brick!
