My point is more I still just don't think we are getting sold when relegated. Mainly as they'd want too much.
If Fosun want to protect the value of their asset they need to get us back into the PL. Given we’ve been in decline for four seasons and they’ve allowed Shi free reign in running the club and he’s messed it up completely there’s little to suggest they’ve got the financial commitment or are prepared to make changes in how the club is run to enable a promotion push. Fail to get promotion and the value of the club plummets as there are lots of other Championship teams that a prospective buyer could target that would be cheaper and better placed to get to the PL.Maybe i have worded it badly then? But I said in the final section the high valuation will be why there wont be attempts to sell us, as to Fosun the asset won't have particularly deprecated. Many seem to think relegation is some silver bullet but I don't people that is how the owners will react.
According to the last reported balance sheet, Fosun International had liabilities of CN¥252.2b due within 12 months, and liabilities of CN¥286.1b due beyond 12 months. On the other hand, it had cash of CN¥111.5b and CN¥41.4b worth of receivables due within a year. So its liabilities total CN¥385.4b more than the combination of its cash and short-term receivables.
This deficit casts a shadow over the CN¥38.6b company, like a colossus towering over mere mortals. So we'd watch its balance sheet closely, without a doubt. At the end of the day, Fosun International would probably need a major re-capitalization if its creditors were to demand repayment.
That was money raised from player sales and it was all spent on what in PL terms are budget buys. They’re still hoping to make money on player transactions, the problem is that we’ve bought rubbish and now apart from the Brazilians there’s nothing left to sell. Without a big injection of money from Fosun we’ll have a mid table Championship team next season. Even with a cash injection there’s nothing to suggest anyone at the club is likely to identify the right players so your absolutely correct about the lack of competence. We spent a chunk of money this summer, I think they want us to stay in the PL and ultimately get back to the pl but we simply don't the competence to do it

I said on Saturday after the first half where Shrewsbury got schooled by Sutton, "even we could take these." Now its happening Im not so sure.Shrewsbury Town at home in the FA Cup.
