I had no idea about that until today, it's that effectively Fosun Sports Group?

No idea but I would hazard a guess that the charge relates to providing working capital up front as our revenue from match day, tv, prize money, transfer fees incoming etc will be factored intended to day spending but not in the bank until later.

Ultimately, any loan is either repaid or secured by the charge.

I would agree, we haven't had a charge of this nature for a long while, and as this charge is from a Fosun company I wonder

a) are Fosun going to start giving inter-company loans (with interest) to wolves

and

b) if we default, do we just transfer ownership to enormous victory, who already owns us.

I must be missing something here

Yes, that makes sense, I'd made it more complicated in my head that it is.

The charge clearly shows Enormous Victory as the chargor.

Surely they can't secure a loan against Molineux? Or does it not mean the actual stadium?

Fosun own everything except the pitch i think which is on a long term lease from the council.

Edit...it.is the whole land the club resides on subject to the lease that means a football pitch must always remain on the site (unless the council agree otherwise) as nobody could build on the site without permission from the landowners.
