What I’m not clear on for example is why the claim has not been time barred (ie. you need to bring the claim within six years of knowing you have one (even less in some circumstances)).

That's the bit I don't understand.

Tell me about it...! (I’m an intellectual property lawyer).

You could've mentioned this earlier!

To be fair to Mobbers IP law is a hugely specialist area. In my opinion it was my absolute favourite area that I studied getting qualified as well. Some great cases and arguments in the IP pantheon. JIF protecting the lemon shape, Harley Davidson protecting a noise, the poor sod who invented the workmate and sold the rights to Black and Decker for a pittance.

I thought the guy who sold the work bench got 50p for every workbench sold in perpetuity?

will we have a winter break next season, pretty sure i saw it said it was being implemented in 2019/20 somewhere before- if so could it help manage workload from potential Europa campaign?

Of a fashion. 10 teams will play one weekend and 10 the next so all teams will get a weekend off.

It's next season that a whole round of fixtures are on Amazon Prime too. I think all ten games are set to be televised and you get to choose IIRC.

Yeah, one of the midweek rounds I think just before Christmas. So would have been Chelsea at home this year.

Somewhere near the start of November I think.

Edit - Nope

"The online streaming service won the rights to show every game from the first round of midweek fixtures in December and all 10 matches on 26 December as part of a three-year deal."

Blimey they are likely going to be severely strained with all those extra Prime Delivery subs right at Christmas month.

I hate Bournemouth, but for them to only be on 8 times is a bit harsh when they do actually play decent stuff and Newcastle to be on NINETEEN times when they are usually dull as ditchwater.

I guess size of club/fan base comes into it. But even still some of the small and less glamorous clubs have had significantly more games.

Shows that they manufacture matches to club's with higher fan bases with Newcastle and West Ham both having more games than us.

Don't think there is anything wrong with biasing games towards teams with more fans or who are more entertaining. I only ever watch games which involve wolves or entertaining teams, I've no interest in watching Retirment FC vs Shithead United.

6/8, one was a complete guess though. Guess I know random Prem better than random Wolves.

Got the combined one and Man.U conceded goals one wrong, feel I should have got the latter though as remember seeing that.
