Palace away one to keep an eye one with it being the same weekend as the FA Cup Final.

It is most likely that it goes into the week after the cup final according to the fixture "gurus"

My guess would be either Tuesday 20th or Thursday 22nd as the season finishes on the Sunday, and the Europa League final is scheduled for Wednesday 21st.

Apparently we are 14 points behind Albion's Premier league points total.

Probably because Albion in the seasons they didn’t go down were sat very mid to bottom half. 13 PL seasons, 5 relegations.
If you look at the all time top flight table they’re above us by 1 place but quite far ahead on points.
Reason for that is mainly due to our top flight hiatus from the mid 1900’s to the early 30’s.
To add never once broke 50 points

Records and history are great, I love them!!

But to the modern day football supporter/fan unless your history is recent it's meaningless.

Villa supporters will point to all their league titles (top flight) and FA cups and how they're something like the 7th most successful club in English football. But bar the odd outlier most of those titles/cups were when Queen Victoria and then her son were on the throne!! To the modern day supporter they might as well be croquet honours, they just don't register.

Same goes for Wolves.
