They’ve really been doing the rounds haven’t they, Hobbs just been on five live and according to my Dad kept calling Jota ‘Diego’
 
This is why I can't get behind "GON" must be sacked. The problem is so apparently not him. Shi and his yes man has to go if we want to improve.

If GON as a head coach is jumped up and incompetent where does that put Hobbs and the job he did this off season?

Hobbs and Shi aren't going anywhere. A better manager could mitigate the unfolding disaster whilst not solving the underlying issue
 
Their strategy is not spending anywhere near as much as they bring in. If the strategy is to not breach PSR rules they are absolutely succeeding. If they also want to maintain Premier League status, it’s a shit strategy.

A completely different strategy from Villa and Newcastle suggests their planning isn’t wrong given they got into Europe.

I just had a look at him in my Bonnyrigg save! He's *still* at Wolves, who were relegated in....24/25, straight back up as champions, then best part of a decade in 10-15th place, but then the last 5 seasons have been 5th, 10th, 8th, 4th, 3rd :8

GON is part of Nottingham Forest;s u18 coaching set up. Not even kidding

Genuinely didn't take that away from it, thought he had a genuinely too high opinion of his abilities. Little two stone Tommy I though took it all in good spirits.

May be a bad call, I acknowledge there's not much the chap could do that wouldn't illicit some seethe from me atm

Enjoyed that and I thought it also shows why Doc is part of the team...whether we like it or not. Nice to see him smiling. He's a decent pro, just shouldn't be at Prem level now... nothing against him personally. Wish him well.
