Why is Ken’s Tuck in fried chicken getting time on this thread, always a bit weary of eating any fake KFC can often lead to a Micky Flanagan situation in Mumbai.

KFC is a very poor second here behind local family owned brand Super Rooster which is only available in the Toowoomba region and is bloody gorgeous. Always a massive queue there.

There is one crossroads in town with Super Rooster, Red Rooster, KFC and Hungry Jacks (Burger King with a different name) on all four corners. I swear my cholesterol level goes through the roof just driving by.

Hungry Jack's is so named as the guy who's company owns the BK franchise is named Jack Cowin. Hungry Jack's pty owns or operates all the HJ and BK outlets in Oz.
