It was posted on another Wolves forum (not by me), and they had a nice little discussion about it, because like me, they felt it was interesting to compare against other clubs and just to look at generally.

Here though, PC Johnny comes along and has to be arsey and shut down any potential conversation in that way of yours.

Well trying to direct conversation back to the stat EP has popped up, the City Twitter user has made the same old same old mistake. You simply cannot equate FFP with transfer spending, gross or net. It just isn’t the same.

He is linking Everton to FFP. Which is technically true as their losses are horrendous, but that is the symptom in their case not the cause, which is their Uzbek sugar daddy being unable to put money in.
So by then doing a Wolves paragraph he is clearly then equating the two clubs. Both have cash flow issues. Only ours is voluntary by the owners.
