Equating "questionable signing" to "hate" is stretching to say the least. The fact he's not a very good footballer is pretty much a general consensus, don't see anybody actually hating him?The Hwang hate is bordering on satire at this point, ffs.
hwank at footballI'm sure he's a lovely fella, he's fucking wank at football though
Yep, and if the club are "making" him play for social media hits, even when he is bang out of form then that is not good for him or good for us.Equating "questionable signing" to "hate" is stretching to say the least. The priorities are all over the place. The Ruddy vs Norwich situation you mentioned earlier, Adama going on his Make A Wish dream for which we received nothing, potentially Hwang playing for Internet hits...these could all cost us millions in prize money and yet we'll hit the fans with price rises and fuck around with eSports that no one cares about. And let the players go on holiday one week before the end of the season. And the manager disappeared for a fortnight because of 'Covid'.Yep, and if the club are "making" him play for social media hits, even when he is bang out of form then that is not good for him or good for us.
Many times when the team has been announced we've asked "why is Hwang playing again?"
I think it's clear what the answer is.
That's a perfect, miserable summary of shit! The priorities are all over the place. We're being weird and I don't like it.
Not that I'm defending Hwang as I think he's crap but he's scored 1 less than Raul and Podence. Reaching the heady heights of 5.Its not being too harsh to state that of the attacking players we have had available this season he is the worst option.
We had him on loan to see if he was any good, its clear he wasn't any better than what we had yet we still signed him. What makes it even more puzzling is we had another attacking player on loan at the same time, who was better than Hwang, yet we didn't sign him.
We also let another attacking player go on out on loan, although he splits opinions this player has an exceptional attribute that can be really useful in game management if only a little erratic. Hwang does not have any exceptional attributes to help influence games.
Non of this makes sense when you remove the money element from the decision process.
To me it's incredible that if we'd beat Norwich, the whipping boys of everyone bar us, we'd have guaranteed 8th place, therefore cementing that extra 4.4m, which is the cost of chiquinho and change. And 3.4m more than the raised ST prices.£4.4m for 10th. The higher figure was 11th when Palace were winning
I agree. Hopefully the people who are doing the signing and sales are up to the job...The players don't really care about the league position, it doesn't affect them financially or professionally either way. Whether that's checking out on the manager or just a general end of season malaise. Irrespective of the manager it's time for a refresh
