You know I love you, Jinks.I’m about 7 pints deep and about to watch Langers’ favourite band Kasabian. Probably not in a fit state to comment.
Much love, Alan.
My issue with Jinky's comment was that it was based entirely on the referee's appearance. For Roberts we also have words and actions we can use to assess his character. Not my argument... just seems that limited exposure to someone by video is either fair game to base a negative opinion on or not...
Seems a little rich to suggest that method is fine for you but not for someone else?

You're absolutely correct that all such judgments are made at an arm's length (at best), which is why I've said I "don't disagree" with Johnny rather than outright seconded his opinion. There's a difference, IMO, and I don't use the two interchangeably.
That said, I like Jinks quite a bit and hope that it will be water under the bridge as it's looking like I'll be able to make it my first match this season and I'd hate to poison the well here any further than I already have over the last decade of being the village idiot.
I haven't managed to get myself banned since signing up, so I'll take that as a good sign. You're no idiot mate, hope you can make it over and look forward to your match report

10K for Alans big day ?Seems like getting Alan over is the best way to fill the ground.
The Mrs’ favourite band so it was *sort* of forced on me, but they were decent!Jinky is seeing Kasabian live after they've sacked their lead singer. That's way more criminal than any barnet Alan may regretfully sport
"I want to get the lazy ones to run around more" is my favourite!Sky interview with Bruno
The part about corners...I don't know how many times we discussed on here on previous years.
Not that I'm defending the guy but I think you're misreading what he's said there.I don't know what's worse the 'banter' or the Yorkshire boards own findings.
"Despite admitting recalling that Rafiq broke down in tears at one point, the player insisted he had no idea he was causing offence and would have stopped if Rafiq had asked." yes i always find someone in tears to be a signal to carry on, prick.
