From what I can tell it's an American bloke who has come over here as a student and seems to be getting a bit of traction on social media and so the club (as they should, IMO) have brought him along to a game and followed his "journey"

Dunno about legend, but he's a Wolves fan with a yank perspective, so it makes it different for viewers i guess. He certainly eats a lot!
There's some footage of him with a female friend/daughter? chanting with the Wolves fans, so he's alright by me.
