It can be nothing more than vanity or laziness that he’s still in charge now.
It all boils down to the utter stupidity of offering someone a 4 year deal after just 1 season and on the back of a poor end to that season.
They’ve lost all good opportunities to replace him ie the international breaks and are now in the relentless part of the season.
Sack him after Bournemouth means an interim for at least Everton and possibly West Ham, not ideal.
As some have said he needs either win 3 on the spin, or be at least consistent in a good way ie draw away win at home until xmas.
Lose today and he’s entering December on sub 10 points, no manager should ever survive that, very few clubs stay up with that record.
It’s complete farce when a good chunk of the fanbase have seen what’s coming 2-3 months before the board did.
