Can someone explain how you copy quotes into this thread? Doesn't seem an obvious way to do it!

You can still use BB code (and can change the default to BB from the [ ] from the reply menu)

I tried cut and paste which didn't work, only the text carries across. And the BBCode doesn't appear when you click reply. I just get the box which you can't edit/delete.

Is yours hard? Maybe I do need to whack it with something, see if it disappears. Mine's quite painful some days and yeah agree it seems worse in cold weather. Think I will have to see about getting it removed at some point as keep knocking it makes me wince.
