all my PL wingers are insta selling for max BIN, but the other positions not so much. probably gonna end up breaking even, despite making near 50% profit on all the winger cards.

gonna rock this until I can get some cheap Eredivisie CM's. the only untradeables are Tagliafico, Fabian, and Ziyech (who I bought for 20k months ago when he was like an 85).

Fabian and Milinkovic will swap CM/RB in game.

goddamn VVD is a BEAST. only played 3 games with the new team but he was intercepting passes like an animal, looks great so far.

I've spent the morning making squads for every other possible league coming out. :icon_lol:

also am now heavily invested in Bundes/Liga NOS, for tomorrow's refresh. my transfer queue is full so hopefully those are right.

most of my coins are in investments right now, I should have about double that when liquid again.

I'm a pretty mediocre trader though. mostly I've just always picked coins for DR rewards and haven't really spent anything most of the game. my main teams have been untradeables and futswaps for the most part.

some of booz's players cost more than my club though, he's the one to get trading tips from not me.

I suck at the game, so generally spending big on players isn't worth it for what I get back. :icon_lol:

so I was consciously conservative all year. if I'd been trying to upgraded constantly all year I'd not have nearly as much. also sold off anything worthwhile before the market crash; I can buy neymar/mbappe 3x over now for what I sold them for a few weeks ago.

if the predictions are right that bundes/liga nos are the next leagues, you can grab some players from those to flip. at the very least, you can make your teams ahead of time so you aren't buying while prices are high. you can do this with cheap rares and be pretty safe even if you have to just resell for a similar price.

I also like to look at special cards that aren't worth much. Pulisic RTTF in Bundes is like 14k right now, will definitely go up if that's the next league. Witsil OTW. Scream cards are good cause no one really pays attention to them, but they'll skyrocket when their leagues come up, so I grabbed a Forsberg and Kalou.

the stupidly obvious advice of "buy low sell high", basically. we know there will be more TOTS, and there will both objectives and SBC's requiring those specific leagues. just a matter of investing in the right ones before it's too late.

The market is in a nosedive currently, currently, so a good time to buy.

I am looking at his IF. There's nothing else to upgrade so I've got to upgrade his NIF, sort of hesitant though as I bought him fresh, 7 contracts an 0 games so he's technically first owner.

Not really, I only like it on strikers if I get one as I know every one of his goals is mine. I don’t go out of my way for a fresh card at all, just happened with him by chance as he was the cheapest on the market.

but the stats keep track of your goals even if not first owner!

I was hoping he'd be down around 600-700k with TOTS but he went back up in price.

Phil you do any investing yesterday? I've been making pretty awesome returns on reselling bundes/nos golds today.

the sooner you sell them the better, best to do it within the first 2 hours of the TOTS dropping. I usually wait 30 minutes to let the market drive prices up. so hopefully you've unloaded, if you bought stuff.
