He is NEVER behind the bar any more. In fact I rarely see him in there and I go in there most days.

Anyway enjoy the game. We are coming home early from hols tomorrow but I am in no fit state to attend. Just hoping I MIGHT be okay for the United game but it is looking pretty dodgy as I can only hobble at best.
 
You're not believing hard enough, as our non-esteemed Prime Minister would tell you. Monday is a long way off.

We dragged Quirk to the wilds of Schleswig-Holstein for a game (was bloody miles from anywhere too) and he hasn't managed more than a hobble in 20 years. If I have to get you a taxi to town, so be it.
 
Not my business as I'm rarely able to get over for a game these days but just wondering why nobody uses The Posada? Too busy? Thought it was ok last season when I was over.

Far too busy and the beer is OK at best.
 
Limited space innit. Ok if you can get in the outdoor space but then you have a battle to get to the bar and then you are putting up with the flow of people coming in and out whilst trying to get to the bar. Its a good pub but far too much effort on a matchday

Guessed that was the reason, the beer was good, was fortunate to get an outside space last season and the weather was good. About the best bit of the trip. (Watford)

We used after the final home game last season . Busy inside but plenty of room outside
 
Been in The Cuban a few times. At one point it was quiet which is all we wanted. Even busy in there now
 
I don't mind The Cuban, although I'm in the minority on here.
 
Around 2000 tickets left for this game. Not bad since it is essentially a dead game

So THAT’S where we were! I remember being outside somewhere but just couldn’t remember where it was.
 
Got the afternoon off so coming up for this one. Probably give town a miss as I’m driving.
