Farage Ltd and Similar Watch

LeeNoch calling for the police officers involved in the incident at Manchester airport to be given medals for their actions. Listening to him is like a parody of the Thin Blue Line with comments such as “namby pamby” spewing from his vile evil mouth.

From the footage of the events on TV one officer is out of control and needs to be up on a charge of GBH.

That's the problem with clipped footage, we don't know what was said or done. The lad could've said he had a gun, bomb or spat at the officer. The offender was a wanted man on charges of assault himself and had broken a female officers nose seconds before.

Airports are terrorist hotspots and the police have every right not to mess around for the safety of the public.

The reaction may have been merited but on first look it doesn't look like it was but then we don't have the facts.

Forget Leenoch and his ilk he's everything that is wrong with the modern devicive media that seeks to have good and bad and polarise everything.

It should be up to people like all of us on here not to fall for this but...

Well, he's been suspended apparently so somebody thinks he went over the top.

Sub Reddit of verified UK serving police officers are universally condemning the bloke, expecting him to be criminally charged too. They think the member of the public was actually being tased by another officer at the time of the kick/stomp as his arms were rigidly at his sides with his wrists inverted. They see things in the video I didn't but now do.

They also make a reasonable point, after the kick/stomp he didn't attempt to secure the offender with handcuffs he jumped on the guy sat down with his hands on his head and kicked him and pistol whipped him with his taser.

I think the likely thing is, couple of toerags didn't want to listen to women officers, escalated where toerags assault officer, distress call goes out, he turns up, could be his Mrs, could be a mate he trained with, whatever, the red mist descends and he's lost the plot.

You may well be right but we don't know the facts, it's all a guess.

Judging from that video without seeing the whole incident is what is wrong with current social media.

You're kidding?

The guy's on the floor and no threat to anyone. At that point there is zero justification for stomping on his head. Doesn't matter if he's Lex Luthor.

What happened before isn't really relevant. He was on the floor, arms by his side, having been tazed. You put some cuffs on him. You don't kick his head in.

Basically he lost his rag, and should pay the heaviest price. As should the criminal/victim, if indeed he did assault a police officer.

This is the only response a right minded person will have.
Obviously it's a little dangerous to judge a situation from a video recorded by a random person but that's all we have to go on, if the police have any other recording that shows the incident in a different light, they need to get it out now.
Hard to see anything other than the officer completely losing his shit though.

The officer has exceeded his powers and should be right in the shit.

However, what happened before may be more important in deciding whether the person getting the kicking has a case to answer. That will come out in the wash I guess.

The police have got body cam footage of it all. Andy Burnham has seen it and still condemned the officer whilst appreciating the difficulty of the situation that they faced.
When hearing the comments of Burnham, Leenoch called him a buffoon.

I find it hard to believe that it all happened out of the view of CCTV; there aren't many blind spots in airports these days. If the footage would've been helpful to the officer, it would've been leaked to the press by now.

The cop has clearly gone way beyond what can be considered as an acceptable response when you see him kicking the shit out of the other bloke, especially given that the Police wear heavy duty, steel reinforced boots which will do a lot of damage to someone's face/head.

I would say that the cop has lost his shit big time having seen what went before, especially his female colleague having her nose broken but then I heard on the news this morning that there is evidence of a separate occasion where the same officer has done something similar so he may be a thug in a uniform.

Regardless of what happened in the build-up (funny the only footage we are seeing is the officer kicking the bloke's head in) it is clear that the officer is going to be in a whole world of trouble but if evidence exists of the bloke on the floor seriously injuring the Police Officers then he too should feel the full force of the law (though he already has!)
