Top half Dean Saunders, bottom half Jimmy Hill.

26th March at Shrewsbury for Dave Edwards' sort of testimonial and farewell game.

Hopefully he invites Stephen Hunt so I can boo him.
How about Michael Mancienne?

Not sure if Dave understands legend status

5 #wolves legends confirmed for the charity game
Carl IKEME #1
Jody CRADDOCK #6
Michael MANCIENNE #27
Matt JARVIS #27
Chris IWELUMO #19

From The Athletic:
Not since Michail Antonio or possibly even Stan Collymore has there been a crackle of anticipation around the City Ground to match that when Gibbs-White gets the ball at his feet. That is not to compare the three players, but the excitement Gibbs-White is capable of generating feels familiar. Playing in that free-roaming No 10 role, Gibbs-White already looks like a bargain, even at £25million.

Lots of blame to pass around including to the arsehat himself, but such a disappointment that a home grown talent is playing at that level and not for us. Even this season when we played with a 10 the genius in charge put him out wide

He didn't want to stay, he still wasn't giving us any end product (that miss vs Fulham was bloody awful) and I'm not sure his numbers are *that* good for Forest? And it was good money.

Plus Forest have hardly been blessed with loads of exciting talent of late! I mean harking back to Collymore, he left nearly 28 years ago.

I just object to us spending it all on Guedes who is a fucking terrible footballer.

Think I was watching cbs today, & co-comms was dave Edwards. Have to say I was quietly impressed with him, given some of the shite we put up with.

His commentary is fine, it's just his voice is a bit dreary.

He'd have thrived under Lopetegui but he won't look much of a bargain when they need to shift him for <15m once they are relegated and he starts playing his face.

I think Forest are as safe as we are tbh.

He went for absolutely silly money that we couldn’t turn down for a player with 18 months left who was refusing to sign a new deal. Even under Lop I think he would have just been a squad player - we don’t really play a formation that suits his very unique position.

Kortney Hause is currently injured, as ever Watford have loads of players so he was left out of their 25 man squad and his loan was ended. But he's also not in Villa's squad, so he's got no games now for six months for anyone.

I wouldn't be so sure. They've been hammered today and lost both first choice centre backs in the process.
But sure they must have at least another 4 centre backs to call upon , what's the concern.................

Forest like the look of him because, like Villa, they think they're much bigger than they are, and the way he flicks and overeggs everything he does appeals to that vanity.

I think any sentiment for him and his home grown status has looooong dried up for me. It just never worked out for him here, like you say plenty of blame to spread around, but he's just another Mark Davies, for me. Could have been great for us, never really was.

I don't think his level is much higher than where both us and Forest are right now either, a position which obviously is a huge disappointment for us.

Just can't see MGW killing it regularly for a top 8 side, I certainly wouldn't be building a team around him in an effort to get back to European challenging, which is what he'd want if he was still here.

Questionable attitude for me also, he's had half a season playing well in the PL and he's already an unbearable Billy Big Bollocks

Trincao is now conistently a sub at Sporting. Hes not going to be the new Vitinha.

Leon Clarke is at Hartlepool playing for Keith Curle
