Interesting that he acknowledges his own choices were the main reason why his career went the way it did.
However I was equally interested (although not surprised) by his comments and allusions to jones not trusting younger players, and only playing older/experienced players. One thing Jones was terrible at was youth development, which resulted in constantly needing to spend on players with little/no resale value.
