Ex-Wolf Watch

Wolves legend Phil Parkes is in hospital after undergoing surgery following an accident last week.

The former goalkeeper, 77, made close to 400 appearances for Wolves, including a record 127 in a row, and helped them reach their only European final in the 1972 Uefa Cup.

Wolves Former Players Association, of which Parkes is a committee member, posted on X: "Sending our very best wishes to Wolves legendary goalkeeper and FPA committee member Phil Parkes, currently in hospital having undergone surgery following an accident last week.

Here comes Rafa Mir. Doesn’t look perturbed by me giving him grief from row Z about that home defeat to Forest.

Textor does not have majority control of palace so it’s not really his to promise.

Harris and Blitzer are effectively silent partners though so it depends how their voting rights are worded and whether he essentially has a business power of attorney on such things. Palace are rarely mentioned alongside the other teams they own like the 76ers, Commanders and Devils, they don't seem to have much interest

If that fucking cunt wants to stand up in court and portray himself as a credible manager, I'll go and defend Palace for free because I've got the world's biggest dossier saying otherwise.

He has 25% voting rights only though, even when he owns 40%. Bizarre.
