Everton 2nd February

Boly starts and Stern John on the bench out of nowhere ;)

never mind that. what's kenny doing on their bench? :argh:

Cameron, plays for the U23s

Vote of confidence or are we that short of defenders ?
Only seen him once at CB, but looks good and highly rated by the club. Can't see him actually getting on the pitch with Saiss on the bench, but it's a good way to integrate younger players.

Would've thought Giles would be in as a like for like replacement if that was the case?

Giles was on bench for last game. Sometimes I think Nuno prefers to have an extra centre back on the bench, sometimes a wing back. Vinagre must be injured or carrying a knock currently as he didn't play at Shrewsbury either?

Vinagre came on against West Ham and sprinted like a nutter when he did. Looked ok to me.

Oh yeah good point!! Maybe as it's an away game he wants extra cover for the back three. But then Saiss is on the bench too. I dunno then!

Stuck in my mind as he properly went full speed when he ran on.

He's clearly injured.

Pleased to see Boly back in. This is our strongest 11 IMO.

Will only be able to check the result at the end. Hoping for a good match and, hopefully, a good result. Would be an awesome birthday present as well!!

Right team - Saiss has done more than OK at CB to cover Boly's absence, but the latter is a much better CB

Nothing else needs changing

Looking at our game and Jota next on SSN.
