Could be conversion of old factory builds. Sunbeam would be. Of course the dozens of small businesses renting space there might have a bit to say about it. Going to pay them all to surrender their leases and supply alternative energy premises?

Putting buses on for the trip from the bar to the toilets as well.

I'm assuming it was a thing in the 70s but I have no recollection of it which is strange as I was both a rocker and a biker in the area (still am).
