Comments not very complimentary of this attire

Forgive me for asking at this delicate time but on this short video is that Jeff Shi standing by himself behind Teti and looking detached in a half empty VIP seating area and fumbling for his phone while others are applauding Diogo´s tifo? (58 seconds in). Maybe I have the wrong impression but that does not look very good at such an important time for everyone.

I think that picture was from the end of the game rather than when the tifo was on display, hence why people are walking out and the area was half empty.
