In my former career I’ve the very ugly side of what a drink driver can do and I find them abhorrent, especially if they get behind the wheel knowing full well they’re no fit state to drive. Even worse he refused a breath test so was obviously being a shit bag to police processing him.

I also stayed at that hotel back in 2004. It was alright. I can't really deal with the heat though and Russians on holiday annoy me (it was full of them), so 7/10 purely on how cool the premises were, how nice the staff were and how nice the room was.

My dad was there when it happened. Got home from work and saw it on the news and it took me ages to get through to him, scary half hour. Luckily for him he was in the next hotel down and they barricaded everybody inside. Told him not go but he wouldn't listen, sign I'm getting old when I'm looking after my dad!
