Think that I made the right decision to use discretion & bail out of this one with Christmas & family time only 6 days later.

Hopefully for those that have to travel in that it does happen & you won't have a wasted journey.

Can't be as bad as the Liverpool home game in the 03/04 season. That was called off as I was walking across West Park to the stadium an hour before kickoff. Waterlogged pitch after an inspection IIRC.

Darlington in 1998 en route to the semi. Think it was called off at about 1.45. We weren't far out of Darlington. Gutted I didn't get to tick off Feethams, gutted I tells ya.
