Tolu would probably score a bucket load in the championship. You’d like to think he’d give us a season to see if we could bounce straight back up (lol) - he’d be one of, if not the best forward in the division. Same with Krecji if some sort of automatic clause is triggered meaning we have to sign him. You make him captain, you build the team around him and you say “stay here for a season, get us back up - if not, you can go”. Obviously he’s too good for the Championship, but any competently run club (again, lol) moves heaven and earth to make that happen.

The most realistic outcome is both go and we replace them with absolute shite.
 
There has to be something at Fosun towers that would understand that relegation loses us a ton of money as an asset and therefore a swift return to the PL would be optimal, even if they don't actually care anymore

He cost £24m and Krejci will cost £30m if we really are obliged to pull the trigger irrespective.

0% chance either of them stay, that is not one where you can kick at the club. Players like that don't play in the Championship, why would they.
 
Krejci will get snapped up, he looks really good. Tolu we might keep, people just won't have seen him play enough football, even if we get a new gaffer JSL will start on reputation
 
No way any krejci obligation applies if (when) we're relegated .
