I'm not suggesting he doesn't start and nor am i attributing the following directly to it, but it is a fact that the score was 0-1 when he left the pitch on Tuesday
thats a fair point, I'm not saying we should just chuck him in and let neanderthals kick lumps out if him but he does need to learn that side of the game and obviously he needs to bulk up on the upper body.
As for Monday, not sure we have much choice, the only real alternative in our squad is Traore and he's not very good in that position but at least he's strong and shouldn't get knocked off the ball......he could well be injured anyway, was struggling Tuesday

Silva shouldn’t be getting “knocked of the ball” as long as we aren’t giving him 50/50 aerial battles and hoofs forward from the defence.

If we’re controlling possession like we should be and playing higher up the pitch then we can give him the ball in space with him dropping deep, out wide switching with the other forwards, or in behind.

If we’re sitting deep and hoofing balls up to him then that won’t work. And it won’t with Traore either for the reasons DW mentioned.

Play it to feet and let him flick it round them and either get free or draw a foul. We have weapons against shithousery and loads of pace.

For most of the first 60 mins against Chelsea we seemed to be alternating between three unimaginative, predictable and ineffective methods of attack.

One player trying to take on the opposition defence on their own... someone attempting a virtually impossible long range shot... high looping crosses from the wings to vastly-outnumbered Wolves strikers.

We definitely need to cut the latter out against this lot

No... I mean what I wrote.

We did contain Chelsea well, but when we attacked we were far from convincing, as we have been all season, hence our low goals scored and poor goal difference.

I'm convinced guys, no improvement needed!

All part of Nuno's master plan as usual :D

What can I say, I'm a glass half full kinda guy.

If I'm saying attacking improvement is desirable and you're disagreeing, then that's kind of what you are saying...

that would be a horrible mistake

Adama is a slightly marmite player - some games he can be unplayable, others he's anonymous.

His stock (& therefore value) is not as high now as it was at the end of last season.

There are others who I would rather not lose ahead of him - if we get an offer which reflects what we feel he is worth then (as long as we reinvest it sensibly) then would not really object. Then again would not be unhappy if he is still here either.

He offers(Adama) something no other players so dont understand the, get rid of thing..yes he has had a dip in form but i hope he signs a long tern contract soon

He’s not very good - lots of speed, but no instinct.
