It's a shame to concede, but Brighton put us under pressure and went for it, even when we have good possession we rarely make much of it.

Good positive play from RAN early on and a nice shot from Vitinha, but there is still too much aimless passing around the middle of the park rather than putting teams properly under the cosh, capitalising on mistakes, effecting a change of pace etc. We still take the sting out of our own attacks, something we need to work on massively, whatever names are on the teamsheet

i think Traore is needed also though..part of the problem is other players just standing and watching and hoping Traore will create something on his own..

You're right that the players stop but I think that's as much to do with frustration that he doesn't get his head up and look to pass or combine than anything. He's just so hardwired to hit the byline but against Albion a few times he had runners which would've allowed us to cut through them with short sharp passing.
