Boxing thread

Dubois fights like that and he’ll beat everyone.

Amazing finish, really thought that AJ had got him in trouble. Legs still like jelly though.

I think that very harsh on someone who boxed very well and very intelligently. Dubois has been fighting really well since his loss.
He was very good but I don’t think Joshua protected himself.

Wembley had a really good atmosphere last night, compared to anything you see on TV in Saudi it was night and day. Crowd really up for it. Dubois was unlucky not to have won that within the first round, thought he fought really intelligently and with such power, bullied Joshua throughout. Brilliant fight.

Just watched it, I met a nice lad from South London while on holiday, he’s a big AJ fan, I saw him the day after the fight and said to him, ‘that’s gotta be the end of his career now’, ‘nah’ he said, ‘his career’s been outside of boxing for ages’, says it all really.

Tyson v Paul

Only watching due to a bout of insomnia, and after watching 1st 3 rounds am turning it off is an awful as well as uncomfortable to watch spectacle.

(And thats without Netflix constantly buffering)

Hope it sent you back to sleep, mate! Insomnia is no fun at all.

Anyone who actively chose to stay up or wake up at 4am for that mockery of a fight needs to give their head a wobble.

Yep it did the trick.
As for the fight 20 seconds at start of each round of Tyson trying to land a knockout, then rest of it 2 lads walking around around whilst Paul lands the odd shot. All whilst wondering if Tyson is going to keel over at any second with a heart attack.

Anyone who had anything to do with whole thing should be ashamed of themselves (of course they won't be, too busy counting their cash)

The fact someone paid £1.6m for ringside tickets and a photo op with both fighters made me laugh though.
