You set up a team so that every piece knows their role and what to do in certain situations. When you have organisation and discipline then you can build a team with a solid base. You certainly expect a solid foundation in the opening 20 mins of a game and I can't remember any game this season when we have had anything like that. GON has had plenty of time to sort that aspect of the game out and as we see here, there is no control. We are an utter shambles of a football team. Sure we have some nice pretty players who have skill but you need more than that at this level. We have a soft underbelly and have had it all season. We are now entering a critical time of the season where we need to pick up points. We are not going to do that defending like this. For that, you have to blame the coach.
