Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

Is this Dowden's first go?

He looks like Martin from Game On.

I've watched a lot of these and haven't seen him before, or ever in fact. He'll have to go some to be worse than Eustice was yesterday.

Whoops.

I really can't see him lasting the year. The Tories will get pissed off with this or the press will turn on him if a recession bites and Sunak continues to look good.

Starmer asked good questions today and Boris looked a bit of a tit when shouting at him without any substance. I've liked the HoC without the braying morons like Reece-Mogg. I was impressed when Hancock was put in his place by the speaker and told to fuck off out of the chamber if he continued to act the cock.

I'm surprised they're letting Parliament sit again in two weeks time and the first time it sits and some tit passes on Covid-19 I hope they sue JRM.

It is very wrong they are going to try and open it up again. It works perfectly fine at the moment but the bigger picture is you are asking people not to see their family, not to hang around in groups etc and yet Mogg wants them all back in squashed together because he doesn't like the fancy whizzy PC's and his Boss is being shown up to be what he is and the Nation might just realise it. It doesn't take much for people to change and if Boris can cosy up with JRM and co then they can go have a gathering in their own house

The police watchdog to announce their decision on the Johnson-Arcuri inquiry on Thursday.

Reopening Parliament is nonsense, even aside from the pandemic. The place is constantly on the edge of falling down and/or catching fire, the chambers are too small, they need to be completely rewired and replumbed - just start the renovations now for crying out loud. "Tradition" isn't even the real reason, it's because they don't want years of stories about contractor issues and budget overruns.

Neighbours in the garden last night at yet another bbq with people they don't live with.

"I really like BoJo, he's had Corona, he's had a baby he's just a normal person"

I then had an argument with the wife about whether you should be allowed to spout shite in your own garden if others can hear it.

Conclusion I hate people

Why don't you just shop them?
Neighbour to the left has friends kids in the paddling pool. Neighbours to the right have family staying over. Neighbours to the back constant bbq's with friends and family. If I shopped them all every time they didn't follow the rules I'd never be off the phone. It's been like it since lockdown although getting progressively worse.

I'd just keep shopping them then. If they kept getting visits from the police they'd soon curtail it.

One neighbour (who are vile nasty people) went all masks and gloves for the first 2 days, and since have had visitors, no social distancing, and chatting with friends walking past, swapping seeds and other envelopes and all sorts of shite.

Neighbours once removed do seem to be distancing, and aren't having people over, but are doing a LOT of back garden drinking in the sunshine, and with less background noise the conversation carries.

Opposite us there was a house which has constant visitors every day. They even moved during lockdown. |There's another opposite who have had numerous visitors every days since lockdown started. Yet are out there thursdays at 8pm...

Yesterday, the other side (which is a dentists) had most of the staff in the garden most of the day. Which in itself is fine. They sounded like they were playing games rather than working, which isn't really my issue. However listening to trained health workers describe people as "looking like a fucking mongol" and associated comments was vile.

Conclusion, I also hate people.

You can add me to the hating people club. I hated people before the pandemic though to be fair.

.

That's quite disturbing !

Went to the park with my mate for a catch up last night - took a few beers, and enjoyed the sun. We maintained social distancing throughout. But there were quite a few groups of people who clearly just don't give a fuck. Groups of 20+ kids, massive family groups all behaving like this wasn't happening.

Just pisses me off - unless of course I'm being harsh and they all live in a mansion?

Anyway, add me to the people = wankers group please.

I've long since held this view though having had the privilege of working with the wankers for far too long.

Tbf no dickhead behaviour from my neighbours that I've noticed, not that I pay that much attention. They're all mostly ok in as much as they don't get in my way. Only problem I've had is the dickhead next door doing all kinds of drilling and hammering at 8am on a Saturday morning about four weeks in a row. He stopped when I flipped and banged on his door to have a quiet* word with him about it.

*Disclaimer - may not have been *that* quiet

Speaking of Steve Coogan, I read today he has Furloughed the gardener and housekeeper of his £4m mansion

My mom has been telling me that throughout the pandemic her neighbours have carried on as normal. Their son has been coming and going as has his girlfriend and have been splitting time between his parents house (he lives there) and her house. Their daughter has been coming and going with the 3 young children, one of whom is a new born baby. They have also been having visitors come to the house as well

Bridgnorth yesterday was like a bank holiday with crowds of visitors roaming around and browsing the closed shops, pubs and eateries (ie there's fuck all to do here), picnics on the river bank, gatherings.

I try to maintain an underlying belief that most people are inherently good in nature.
I'm as bad for looking out the window and judging everyone out there. However, I try very hard to remind myself that yes, whilst there are a large number of people behaving irresponsibly at the moment, the majority of people are not. And many are scratching their heads in confusion into what is currently happening.

Part of why I try to do this, is to help me manage myself. I don't want to develop a mindset that everyone I encounter is an idiot.

I do believe it is a minority. It is a shame it is a growing minority. I pray those who are engaging in good behaviour aren't adversely affected by the behaviour of the others.
