Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

He isn't even a good campaigner - hiding from the cameras a lot in 2019 - the public don't like him any more (polling numbers were awful before he left and he was losing safe seat by-elections as PM), he hasn't got anything to say, his stupid lifestyle apparently requires more money than he can make as a politician and why would he want to join an obviously losing cause, he's never done that (he waits to see which way the wind is blowing, then runs to the front and says "follow me").

Just noise.

Blaming Conservative MPs too. Have they also been infiltrated by the far left?

She needs her own thread back for historical purposes if nothing else.

I kind of get it, it must be the only way to stay sane for Truss.

If she admits to herself that the reason she lost the leadership and is plummeting into oblivion is because she's bloody useless and everything she has ever stood for (!) Is nonsense, she will never recover mentally.

By creating this narrative that it was a conspiracy, she keeps her self respect, and we all need that.

I don't think we ever set one up, she wasn't around long enough :D

Crazy Walt was Wolves manager for longer.

Nah, she's just lost the heid.

She wasn't always like this. Thick as pigshit and as deep as a puddle, sure, but she backed Remain and was fairly moderate both socially and economically as far as mid-2010s Tories go. Then she went tonto and isn't coming back.

From the outside looking in:
No.
I can't see any difference between The Conservatives or Labour. Both stuffed with self serving arseholes.
Very same here, Fine Gael, Fianna Fail, Sinn Fein, The 'Greens' No discernible difference

They're not even on the same page.

It's like if Hwang has a shit game on Sunday and someone said 'he's about the same as Leon Clarke', no he isn't, clearly.

There are no Labour equivalents of 30p Lee, Rees-Mogg, Braverman, Truss etc.

Actions speak louder than words. No discernable difference between Blair, Cameron, Starmer, Sunak, all U.S. puppets. Only difference is words.

They are all the same is exactly the argument the conservatives are secretly hoping to ignite in the electorate in hope that people are fucking stupid enough to stick with the devil they know or stay at home as change is perceived as meaningless.

It’s bullshit.

Quite.
But if anyone thinks Labour will do anything to improve the lot of 'ordinary people' they must be mad.
Still give them a go and find out I say.

I was critiquing the Liz Truss speech and the batshit way she thinks that even after crashing the uk economy she was right and everyone else was to blame for her failure.

My lifetime has shown that the only way that Labour gets elected is to move to towards the centre ground and shroud itself in a straight jacket in order to convince the press and electorate that they can be trusted. 1997 to 2010 showed that change can be instigated given an opportunity and that it is my hope again. Personally I’d like them to be bolder in their pitch to the nation as huge swathes of the population are so desperate to get rid of this shower that they’d take the public with them with a number of policies, green investment being one of them.

Parties aren’t all the same and it’s sad when people think that way. What Gary O’Neil has done with a squad far inferior to the one that Bruno Lage had shows that good leadership and a change of approach can make a difference.
