Wallace can claim he has an important job right now so needs to stay.

3'4'' Rishi won't stay in politics so no stake in him resigning at all. He'll go and actually earn money in the US semi-legitimately as opposed to it being obviously bent.
 
There will be more resignations, very likely the timing has been planned by a section of the cabinet. I probably agree with the above that this isn’t about Sunak making a play for the job. Leadership election over the summer, snap general election in the Autumn and hope there is an “I’m not Boris” bounce.

There will be, providing they vote in someone remotely competent and hide the likes of Patel, Dorries and Rees-Mogg, theres a good chance they'll win the next election.
 
The stupid twat thinks that the issue is over appointing Pincher. Yes abhorrent as that was the issue has moved onto the repeated lies and attempted cover ups. The House of Lords were laughing at the excuses in the Commons of today.
 
Based on what he's said to MPs we are going to get tax cuts we can't afford because of Covid and Brexit, but the future is of little consequence to him

Not a good chance at all, they don't have a credible leader-in-waiting and they've presided over 12 appalling years.

That man has more front than Brighton. Literally never been elected anywhere. Was a shambles in his jobs pre-politics. I will never understand why he's even there.

Campaigned to stay in the EU when he was representing the Scottish Whisky association. Arsehole of the highest order and why his opinion is sought is beyond me.
