Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

The fact they can stand up and defend and deflect this constant stream of illegality and immorality is just as outrageous. It's fucking embarrassing

Apart from Comical Elli. only Peter Bone from the Conservatives have spoken in favour of the PM. To be fair, most aren't even there to defend him but the others that did speak (4 or 5) were scathing about what is going on.

I fucking hate Bone. The shit Sven wanker. How does anyone look at him, listen to what he says and thinks 'that's my guy'.

These are the people left defending the PM. The likes of Bone and Fabricunt. Just look at the shit he has come out with today.

Conservative MP Michael Fabricant said it was a shame that "decent guy" Chris Pincher did not get treatment for a drink problem before he was involved in an alleged groping scandal.

He added that many Tory MPs felt that Mr Pincher was "also in his own way, a victim".

Fabricant and Pincher are best mates. Often out on the piss in Lichfield

I was more on about the cunts wheeled out for the broadcast rounds in the morning, and whichever poor sap has the answer the UQ

From the Gruniad - The PM's spokesperson.

'At the time that was the PM's view' - No 10 spokesperson denies misleading journalists with Pincher briefings

Boris Johnson’s official spokesman denied that he and other No 10 officials had misled reporters in firstly saying the prime minister did not know about any specific earlier allegations about Chris Pincher, or the subsequent update that any incidents he did know of had been “resolved”.

The spokesperson said:

We always seek to provide the information we have at the time. This information does take time to establish.
He confirmed Johnson was briefed in late 2019 about the complaint about Pincher’s behaviour at the Foreign Office that was upheld.

Asked why ministers and No 10 officials thus said on Friday that Johnson did know about any specific claims, the spokesperson argued Johnson had simply forgotten about a briefing he characterised as dating back “a number of years”. The spokesperson went on:

At the time, last week, that was the prime minister’s view. You will appreciate that it takes some time to establish that he was briefed, albeit we don’t think in a formal meeting, about this. That’s why we sought to update on Monday.
Asked if he planned to tell journalists the truth at the briefing, the spokesperson said he did, saying also that he did not plan to resign.

So there you have it - if in Government and you have been caught out lying you can get away with it by simply saying that you forgot about it. This isn't someone who on his own forgot about something and it took a few days to remember. This is someone who has all meetings etc logged with trails of evidence. Before speaking on any subject there will be a host of advisers etc looking to make sure that anything stated will be correct. Those at the foreign office, in the Whips office, in the PM's office, CCHQ have all been aware of the bloke's behaviour and have spent days lying about it.

I'll leave the thread for a few hours as I feel that I spamming it!

They have eroded/are eroding the fabric of our democracy and reliability.

It's beyond shocking.

Ministers to start holding regular press conferences on government's plan for economy

At the Downing Street lobby briefing the prime minister’s spokesperson said Boris Johnson and other ministers would start holding regular press conferences to publicise what they are doing to help people with the cost of living.

Idiots.

1) Who on earth is going to watch that
2) What are you going to even say to start with, let alone issue regular updates on
3) This isn't like Covid where it's a situation that rapidly shifts and is a matter of public safety

Given the calibre of the Cabinet it shouldn't be surprising that they're inept at everything, it is stunning to watch in real time though.

The press conferences will be to tell which companies need to fucking suck up the losses next.

And to be fair to Ellis he's got a very valid point when he says it's easy to forget there's been a sexual harassment claim (upheld) against a minister when the "PM gets told hundreds of things a day".

Problem there is it's not Mastermind, you're allowed to go and check before you answer (through a press officer, not actually answer live, in person). Even if your brain is made of Swiss cheese and you can't remember what you did five minutes ago, it's all written down for you.

Mind you, if he made the notes himself in his usual 4pm "five ports and a couple of brandies in" state, he probably can't read them. The fat old soak.

Why do I feel the need to explain my last post was as sarcastic as I could manage..?

The employing 20,000 extra police, after sacking 22-24,000 always rai

i read that in the voice of Rowley Birkin off the fast show

Johnson's bad enough but worse still is that a number of these pathetic Cabinet invertebrates will soon be telling us why they'd make terrific PMs.

There are some truly horrific individuals in there but bar Dorries, I don't think anyone would be worse than Johnson.

It's one question, are you someone who lies 24 hours a day who is purely in the job because you like the nice places you get to stay and travel to? If the answer is no then you are probably at least one step up.

You could get someone who's a walking amoeba like Truss who believes Government should be run through Instagram. Still better than what we have.

Thing is this was always entirely predictable. He has always, always, always been a venal, corrupt, childish, nasty, vindictive, greedy, out-of-touch, selfish, talentless, thick piece of shit with the charm and stench of bathroom mildew. He doesn't have one redeeming characteristic.

Yet despite this, so many people spent the election campaign talking about how bad Corbyn might be instead.

So, here we are.
