Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

From @NHSMillion
All new build wings/refurbishments must be described as "new hospitals"

Just admit you're a bunch of lying cunts?

He has also told those on UC they should stop relying on others to help them....that's the man who relied on others to pay £52k to decorate his flat telling people how to handle being short of cash.

Was that the guy asking for party donors to pay for a nanny for one of his kids?

Yeah, the guy that can't live on his current pay and is requiring outside help.
Just he needs thousands upon thousands rather than an extra £20

The fact this bullshit artist is our Prime Minister is fucking depressing.

I've been visiting alot of stately homes and museums about the industrial revolution recently, there was so much disgraceful exploitation to fund these aristocratic lifestyles. Inspiring seeing how people banded together against these powerful people and demanded a better life and actually manage to get it.

But now it's such a depressing thing, seeing working class people on twitter like: "goooo on Bozza"
How the fuck has that actually happened?

more pressure on raab, as well as not making phone calls (although he WAS able to phone boris from his holiday to EXTEND his holiday) turns out he and his dept don't even open emails from NGOs or other MPs.

As usual, there will be no consequences for those involved.

Classic Dom (Raab)

Equally evident is the tense dynamic between committee chair Tom Tugendhat MP and Dominic Raab.

A particularly difficult moment for Mr Raab came when asked by Mr Tugendhat about a key risk report from late July that spoke of a rapid Taliban advance that could lead to a return to power.

When Mr Raab asked for the source of this he was met with a short response: "It's your principle risk report."

The Speaker has issued new guidance telling MPs that they must be smartly dressed to enter the Chamber

Will he be instructing the fat fuck in charge to get a fucking haircut?

Really hoping the headlines in the papers force a U-turn on the expected National Insurance rate increase, while it's something I can absorb, with the forecasted increase in utility bills there are too many people who can't afford it.

agreed. it is a regressive option and will hurt the least well off the most.
The over 60's and the wealthy (both of whom have seen their incomes/wealth increase through the pandemic) should be targetted to meet the required funds.
There's also a risk that an NI increase will stifle growth and the economic rebound from covid.

Hang on, there's the £350m a week savings that can be used. It said so on the bus.

It's bizarre that the people that this will hurt the most, are the loudest on SM about how great Boris is

https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/boris-johnson-afghanistan-statement-social-care-b1915216.html

Later this week, it seems certain we’ll be hearing all about the plan to fix social care, which Johnson had “fully prepared” and “ready to go”, when he was standing outside 10 Downing Street three years ago, but which is only being made public now. We also know it is going to involve raising national insurance, a direct contradiction of an extremely clear 2019 election manifesto commitment. This can only really be described as compound bullsh*t. There was no plan, course there wasn’t, but he said there was, because he had to say something. Then there was an election to win, so you have to say you won’t raise taxes or you’ll be in big trouble.

So now he’s got to, in effect, rob Peter to pay Paul, except Peter and Paul are both lies. But it’s not a problem, as he’s only got to say the next thing that will do, and this is it.
It's kinda astounding in a way, that a newspaper calls the prime minister a serial bullshitter, and evidences this, and no one really bats an eyelid. Those who aren't supporters of boris and his government are all "we knew this, we told you so, none of this is a surprise, look at his history" etc. His supporters will ignore it as envy, leftyism or something else.

But the sheer fact that mass media are in print calling the prime minister a serial liar is a serious issue. the office of the prime minister is being seriously undermined by this government.

2/3's of the income from an NI rise would be met by the Under 50's, with the remainder from those over 50 who are still working.

So to protect the assets/houses of those who have retired, those who haven't (or even have such assets or are likely to own them) will have to pay for it.

The money has to be found from somewhere but surely a tax rate rise that catches wealthy pensioners too would be a fairer way of going about it.
