Tbf since I started looking myself a bit better I feel better and fresher than I did five years ago. A bit heavy, but nothing that can't be shifted.

I have to say I'm foolishly pleased by the little pale gold banner across all my pages for today.
My baby sitter came round this evening just to give me a card. I wondered how she knew.... but it's all down to Facebook apparently!
