Not surprised with that line-up. More of the usual coming up methinks.

I want to win as many games as possible before the end of the year, not into the whole experimenting for the sake of it or trying out other formations like others seem to favour, and I certainly wouldn't be trying that whilst Boly is out regardless.

We really need to see Vitinha in his actual position at some point. Only 10 games left for that to happen after today.
wanted him and neves in the middle of the park

why dont we fill up the bench every game..nothing to lose doing so?

Team as expected I guess. Hopefully we push up the pitch 10 yards and press a little.

Probably won't though!

Boly not starting is weird. Im assuming he's more or less fit now

good Grealish is out at least, Trezeguet wont stop running though and create space for others

I'm disappointed with the line up but you've no idea how we'll play and neither do I. And you're right we learn nothing from this XI.

Could be Soton 2nd half or Newcastle 1st half.

We all hope for the former.
I’m just basing what we’ll likely see on the last 27 games, tbf.

Obviously I hope we beat them 5-0 and play positive, expansive football for 90 minutes. I highly doubt it, though.

Turned the TV on for 2 minutes of the build up:

We are missing Raul ✅
Adama has 0 assists/goals ✅
Neto is decent & we’ll struggle to keep hold of him ✅

Quality analysis/build up, lads. Cheers.

Great effort from Watkins. Wank from Donk allowing him space to turn (obviously)

"denied by the woodwork" is a phrase that annoys me.

It wasn't going in, therefore you haven't been denied anything.

Blimey. Lucky not to concede in tbe opening 5 again.

saved by the bar inside 4 mins
