I get I am a soft teacher type but I would suggest we are already there though. The use of the flags is already trying to draw attention to their nationality and implying this in part is what makes them bad owners and is their weakness. Rather than the lack of direction, competency and the additions you mention.

If they came out and said they were reviewing Shi's position or at least his overall power and implementing a new board/CEO, but that the long term plans do not involve selling us then that for me would be a start for at least winning me back around, way more than the managerial change would.

Given the mess we are in which is the stagnation of poor long term planning and recruitment. I don't want any more internal hires, I want external revamp. We should have someone in place now ready for January and with two sets of plans for the summer.
