Well, yeah, because Rob either doesn't know how to plan or doesn't know how to communicate that plan.

There's no collective in our team. Everyone just kind runs around in areas that are vaguely appropriate for their positions, but it's all so dubiously slapped together that absolutely nobody trusts anyone else's movement or awareness. So you end up with < 60% pass completion, runners getting passed off to nobody, an offside trap that seems designed to trap us, etc etc etc.
